In partnership with LexisNexis, we have an opportunity for a practice manager or rising star from a Law Plus member to attend Law Plus’ 2022 conference with all expenses paid*

Please read details and terms below:

  1. Open to Practice Managers or equivalent of member firms and those who qualify as ‘Rising Stars’ under the usual conference criteria [Lawyers who are not partners or principals/directors but are regarded by their firms as on the track to advancement in the firm] and the submission must be signed off by a partner or director of the relevant member firm.
  2. *LexisNexis and Law Plus will pay for one conference delegate package, return airfare within New Zealand to the conference venue from the winner’s nearest airport along with up to 3 nights’ accommodation being Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The winner is free to add nights at either end at their own expense. Room service, minibar and meals not included in the conference programme are of the winner’s own account.
  3. All public health orders must be complied with and if attendance is precluded by Covid isolation or the conference is cancelled or deferred, the prize may be carried forward to the next conference held in New Zealand. Only one carry forward will be available.
  4. The winner will be selected based on a max 300 word count submission by the applicants stating why they want to attend this conference and how they believe they and their firm would benefit from their attendance. Winner will be selected by representatives from LexisNexis and Law Plus. Entries must be received by 12 August 2022, 5.00pm.
  5. Winner agrees to participate in promotional activity (eg social media posts) by LexisNexis and Law Plus.
